How do I enter?
The Motor Transport Awards will open for entries on 3 December 2018.  Entry is free and you can enter as many categories as you like just make sure that you tailor each entry to the criteria.
Ensure you have also read and understood the terms and conditions for entering. 
Please send in your electronic entry form on the website before the deadline of 17:00 on 28 February 2019.

Do I have to book my table and submit my entry at the same time?
No, you can submit your entry and book your table either separately or together.

What is the date of the Awards?
Wednesday 3 July 2019.

When will I find out if my company has been shortlisted?
Motor Transport will contact all entrants (regardless of whether they have been shortlisted or not) by 15 April 2019.
The shortlist will be published on 15 April 2019 in Motor Transport.

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the 33rd Motor Transport Awards on 3 July 2019 at the Grosvenor House, London.

What are the timings for the evening?
Please note these timings are subject to change

When will I receive my invitations?
As long as payment for your table(s) has been received in cleared funds, your invitations will be sent to you in early June, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
 
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
You will be able to add this information via the website up until 14 June 2019, by logging in and adding the information to your guest list. If you have been informed after the 14 June of a guest's dietary requirement please email it to mtawards@roadtransport.com 

Can under 18's attend this event?
Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, takes the safety and protection of children very seriously. The hotel’s policy is that no persons under the age of 18 may attend the function or enter the function room at any stage during the event.  This policy, set by management, upholds the licensing objective “The Protection of Children from Harm”.
 
How do I order drinks for my table?
Access to the drinks portal will be sent six weeks before the event by the Grosvenor House Hotel, where you will be able to purchase drinks for your table.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets on our website by selecting the 'book now' tab.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below.
If you cancel on or before 1 March 2019 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%. 
If you cancel after 1 March 2019 no refund will be given.
Please note this also applies in the case that payment has not yet been received when full payment of your booking would be required.

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid.  We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount
of your booking fee. 

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute.
