This Award is open to transport operators and product and service manufacturers or suppliers who can show outstanding innovation in developing a product, service or operation for road freight transport in 2023.

The judges will want to see evidence of how creative thinking has been applied to solve a problem and deliver tangible benefits for operators or their customers.

If the solution was mainly technology-led, consider entering the Best Use of Technology category instead.

Judges will want to see:

• What the problem/issue was;
• How the innovative solution was arrived at;
• Why the innovation is different from existing products or services on the market;
• How it delivered significant benefits.
