How do I enter?
The Motor Transport Awards will open for entries on 3 December 2019.
Entry is free and you can enter as many categories as you like just make sure that you tailor each entry to the criteria.
Ensure you have also read and understood the terms and conditions for entering. Please send in your electronic entry form on the website before the deadline of 17:00 on 21 February 2020.

When and where are the Awards being held?
The awards have now been postponed from Wednesday 1 July 2020 to Tuesday 17 November 2020 and are being held at The Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN.

How much does it cost to attend the Motor Transport Awards?
Table of 10 - £3570 + VAT
Includes arrival drinks reception, 3-course dinner, a great view of the awards presentation and afterparty.
Balcony Table of 10 - £3200 + VAT
Includes arrival drinks reception, 3-course dinner, access to awards presentation and afterparty. Please note your table will be positioned on the balcony.
Individual place (only available on the balcony) - £320 + VAT
Includes arrival drinks reception, 3-course dinner, access to awards presentation and after party. Please note your seat will be positioned on the balcony.
Do I have to book my table and submit my entry at the same time?
When will I find out if my company has been shortlisted?
Motor Transport will contact all entrants (regardless of whether they have been shortlisted or not) by 9 April 2020. The full shortlist will be published on the awards website on the same date.
The shortlist will also be published in Motor Transport.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the 34th Motor Transport Awards on 17 November 2020 at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN.

When will I receive my invitations?
As long as payment for your table(s) has been received in cleared funds, your invitations will be sent to you in early September, for you to send on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
You will be able to add this information via the website up until 5 June 2020, by logging in and adding the information to your guest list. If you have been informed after the 5 June of a guest's dietary requirement please email it to email@example.com.
Can under 18's attend this event?
Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, takes the safety and protection of children very seriously. The hotel’s policy is that no persons under the age of 18 may attend the function or enter the function room at any stage during the event. This policy, set by management, upholds the licensing objective “The Protection of Children from Harm”.
How do I order drinks for my table?
Access to the drinks portal will be sent six weeks before the event by the Grosvenor House Hotel, where you will be able to purchase drinks for your table.
Where can I book accommodation for the event?
To assist you with your accommodation and any travel arrangements, we will be using a FREE accommodation and travel booking service with Jigsaw Conferences Ltd.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cancel on or before 1 March 2020 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%.
If you cancel after 1 March 2020 no refund will be given.
Please note this also applies in the case that payment has not yet been received when full payment of your booking would be required.
If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Will there be any filming or photography at the event?
Photographs and video will be taken at this event.
By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for visual presentation or social media or marketing purposes relating to the event or future events organised by DVV Media International Ltd.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
